A natural salad bowl shop · New York City
Leafy NYC, whole foods, locally sourced, coming soon
Serving whole foods, locally sourced, in bowls that actually make you feel good. Our first shop is on its way to Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Our promise
If we can’t name the farm, it doesn’t go in the bowl.
Leafy is a natural salad bowl shop built on a short list of long relationships: growers a day’s drive from the city, bakers across the bridge, and whatever the season hands us. Everything whole, everything fresh, everything sourced as close to your corner as we can get it.
No mystery dressings. No ingredient we can’t pronounce. Just vegetables that were in the ground this week.
